Chocolate mould, Létang Fils

Until the first decade of the 20^th century, all chocolate moulds were made of pewter. This was then replaced by tin-coated iron, as used to make this fish-shaped mould. From the 1960s, nickel steel became the preferred material for such chocolate moulds.
